If any item you receive has any defect, faulty workmanship, or defect due to shipping, Lake Country Pool and Spas will refund it. Please make your selections carefully, chemicals are not returnable for reasons other than above. Return Policy If you need to return any item that meets these conditions, you must notify our us at cancelorder@lakecountrypools.com within 21 days of receipt of your order. Your inquiry will be promptly returned within 72 hours. We will issue a 100% refund, credited to the purchasing credit card after return of the items. Lake Country Pool & Spa's return policy does not cover damage caused after an item has arrived at its destination, including leakage, contamination or other damage. All items must be returned in its original, unopened condition. Lake Country Pool & Spa will refund shipping charges only if the return is a result of our own error.
